Scope of work included demolishing the existing Quonset Hut and replacing it with a new model; featuring storefront windows and man doors. Interior fit up included locker rooms, rubber mat floors, exposed ceiling lighting and ductwork. We installed new concrete foundations + slab. We also worked closely with the gas and electric utility companies to coordinate new service locations.
