CAVA is a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant located in downtown Philadelphia, one of many locations nationwide. CAVA provides clients with fresh food and a focus on community. Each location combines a palate of finishes in a unique way, with no restaurant looking or feeling exactly the same. Highlights of the project include brick veneer masonry walls, shiplap finishing, unistrut floating cloud ceiling assembly and custom stainless steel trim work throughout. A rear mezzanine also provides back of house space to the small urban footprint.
