Happy Monkey is Chef Jean-Georges' first venture into suburban upscale casual dining. Phelan Construction completed the renovation to transform a previous fast-casual concept into the design and aesthetic standards of a Jean-Georges Management restaurant, including a gold bar rack, marble flooring, curated wall murals and custom light fixtures + lighting controls and major kitchen upgrades.
