Project consisted of a building addition as well as interior renovations for the Petroleum Operations Laboratory at the Maine Air National Guard. Scope of work included new double masonry wall construction, steel joist and decking, new mechanical systems, locker rooms, concrete stairs and ramp, parking lot reconfiguration, secure perimeter fencing modifications and aluminum entrances and windows compliant with UFC4-010-01.
