We designed a two-story, 17,152 square foot outpatient pain clinic. The first floor is designated as the treatment clinic and the second floor is utilized for ASC services.   Scope of design work included a geothermal heating and cooling system, an elevator, an operating room with supporting decontamination + sterilization spaces, four patient beds adjacent to the nurse’s station, an anesthesia work room, a clean sterile supply room, two treatment rooms for minor procedures, a unique check-in / gown-ing / recovery programmatic circulation as well as a shell space designed for future utilization of MRI machinery.
