The new PEMB parking structure for fuel trucks at the Delaware Air National Guard required extensive sitework and concrete preparation. The concrete foundations and piers were closely coordinated with the PEMB manufacturer. Scope of work included sitework modifications to route drainage to an existing catch basin specifically used for fuel run-off. We also installed snow guards and gutters on the roof. All gates and fences were built with automatic controls and mainpoint entry.
