Meet the Team

Teagan has over 15 years of experience integrating architectural design with practical application. A licensed architect with a B.S. in Art and Design from MIT and a Master’s of Architecture from Boston Architectural College, Teagan’s ability to understand design intent and its realistic translation to the built environment helps Phelan stand apart. She is involved in a project from pre-construction to close out, and ensures the owner’s requirements are always kept at the forefront of discussions.

Establishing Phelan Construction in 2008, Brett has extensive executive experience leading the day-to-day operations of planning, executing and managing all aspects of a construction project. NASCLA certified alongside maintaining state-required GC licenses up and down the east coast, he provides QA/QC oversight throughout, working closely with the project managers, Superintendents and subcontractors to ensure construction is progressing on schedule and within budget.
